This is a 8 week programme containing all the aspects of preparation training for a fast bowler. It’s a ‘Conjugate’ training plan that will guarantee a more robust, powerful and explosive fast bowler. This is a generic programme that isn’t specific to ‘neurotype’, bowling dominance or type. However it will make them a better athlete. All the training techniques found in the more specific programmes will be covered, such as contrast training, shock training and weighted ball bowling.

This is a ‘Bondarchuk’ influenced programme. It has 5 tiers that will be covered in every session.

  • Tier 1- Competitive exercise [CE]
  • Tier 2- Specific developmental exercise [SDE]
  • Tier 3- Specific preparation exercise [SPE]
  • Tier 4- General preparation exercise [GPE]
  • Tier 5- Energy system Training [EST]

Within each tier the training methods used are cutting edge and science driven based on 7 years of collecting data and assessing prorgession.

  • ‘The skill-stability paradigm’
  • Overload and Underload [OU] training. Sprinting and bowling
  • Shock, jumps and throws training
  • force absorption and power absorption training

PRICE: £150

This is a generic programme for a muscular bowler who relies on muscle/effort/grunt to bowl the ball. This is a unique programme for a bowler with the traits seen in the table below.

PRICE: £100

This is a generic programme for a tendon driven bowler who relies on momentum/arm speed/rhythm to bowl the ball. This is a unique programme for a bowler with the traits seen in the table below.

Please identify your traits and click on the relevant programme. It is essential you choose the right bowling type as it can have a negative impact if chosen incorrectly.
